to its clients.
Duties
Microinput is seeking ONLY proven Senior Consulting
Sales Account Managers who possess significant industry
experience & knowledge, relationships and a reliable
working Rolodex.
As a Senior Account Manager you will be responsible
for targeting, engaging, and closing new consulting/development
opportunities within Microinputs Advanced Solutions
Practice. Microinput is looking for people that have
a strong and successful background in IT Consulting,
as well as possess an existing client base, and rolodex.
The Account Manager will be knowledgeable in development
processes; experienced in conducting customer needs
assessments; skilled in articulating Microinputs
business and technology value proposition, experienced
in negotiating six and seven figure deals, and skilled
in orchestrating resources needed throughout and beyond
the sales cycle.
The Account Manager will be responsible for developing
and managing relationships with client C-Level individuals,
as well as key project decision makers. You will be
required to network with Industry Leaders, Microinput
Partners, and Industry Vendors. While this position
initially is a sales position, the expectation is that
you will be able grow it to a 1 - 2 million zloty business
over the next 2 to 3 years and move into a Practice
Manager role.
Requirements ·
* Identify and close new application development and
consulting business
* Possess a Rolodex versus a contact list.
* Identify and develop relationships with C level management.·
* Build detailed account profiles, using Sales Automation
Tools.
* Be responsible for meeting quarterly and yearly sales
targets.
* Speak and write in fluent English.
Skills
* Experience in selling Consulting Services and Information
Technology solutions.
* At least 3-5 years experience and successful track
record of sales with a major consulting firm.
* Experience in selling application development projects
versus IT consulting services
* Proven track record of driving new client revenues
in excess of 1 - 2 million zloty annually.
* Experienced in prospecting, and developing relationships
at Senior Executive levels, in mid level and enterprise
level accounts
* Possess strong presentation skills and ability to
prepare and deliver business presentations.
* Possess strong technical understanding of standard
application development processes.
