Adobe® LiveCycle™ Form Manager software simplifies form management and increases user satisfaction by centralizing the management of all forms, regardless of file type, into a single point of access via a Web-based portal. With Adobe LiveCycle Form Manager, administrators can better manage form publication, version control, and user access, as well as establish ebXML relationships with business partners and customers inside and outside the enterprise.

Forms are central to business processes. Yet employees, customers, and partners often have difficulty finding the correct form or the correct version of a particular form — which can result in both lost productivity and costly errors. How it works
Adobe LiveCycle Form Manager provides a central repository for administrators to manage form publication and end users to access enterprise forms via a Web-based portal. Easy to navigate and use because it operates within the Web browser, Adobe LiveCycle Form Manager allows your users to search and access blank forms, in any format (for example, PDF, Microsoft Word, or Microsoft Excel). In addition, users will be able to open a static PDF file, complete it, and submit or store it.
LiveCycle Form Manager's repository can also be linked to your user management directories, including LDAP, to prepopulate form templates when users access forms via user profiles. Linking to your user management systems also controls and provides access rights for the general user community, ensuring users will have access only to the forms that they are given the rights and privileges to access.
Because your users are able to access the repository via the Web browser, the burden on your IT organization to deploy, support, and maintain an additional desktop client is eliminated. Access through the Web interface also helps to accelerate the adoption and usage of forms because it is an environment that is familiar and comfortable to your users.
