Product overview
Taking control of documents is one of the most important tasks a
creative or a content-driven company can do. But it’s not
easy. You might have millions of documents to archive. Tracking
down exactly what you need can be a daunting task and you may never
take full advantage of all of your digital opportunities.
MicroArchive™ server from Microinput Corporation is a web
based archiving solution that seamlessly integrates with your system.
With MicroArchive you can protect your documents with powerful rights
management functionality. By using our simplified out-of-the-box
solution we can get you up and running in no time.
The archive structure is implemented by creating a tree file system,
wherein each document in the file system has a record that includes
data fields from the specific document. The user selects these data
fields during document design and the fields are given user-defined
names to simplify later access. The file system branches can be
defined with system parameters (such as Date, Time etc.) and MicroArchive
parameters (such as Template ID, User etc.).

How it works
Adobe solutions enable organizations to dynamically generate a variety
of transactional and compound documents such as invoices, purchase
orders, forms, manuals, and catalogs as Adobe® Portable Document
Format (PDF) files. These PDF documents are then automatically or
manually saved into MicroArchive Server along with associated information
such as the document number, date, or client name, which can then
be used as criteria when searching the archive.
